Metalico roofing ltd is a Bromley-based hard-metal roofing and facades company. zinc, copper, aluminium Lead and Steels in standing seam and specified systems, put on with heritage trade skill. We install products such as VMZINC, elZinc, NedZink, PREFA, traditional textures and Green Coat PLX systems. We are in the process of vetting for FTMRC membership and on manufacturer installer programmes. Until those listings are live we may only offer our own 10-year workmanship warranty. 15–20 years on full build-ups completed by Metalico roofing ltd. this is in addition to Manufacturer material warranties where the design specification allows.
I am also in the final year of my BSc degree in project management. That is not a slogan or boast, It is to show my commitment to metalico being a committed partner to the smooth running of your projects, helping ensure they stay on programme when encountering unforeseen issues such as safe access, design and programme clashes or scope vs cost issues. You can partner and problem solve with me from inception to handover. The quotation, the detail and the finish are not handed to a different department they are handled by me and my family.
