This policy explains how we use personal information sent to us through metalicoroofing.co.uk, email, phone or WhatsApp.

What we collect

When you request a quote or survey we may collect:

• your name
• contact details (phone, email, postcode or address)
• photographs of the property
• drawings, plans or specifications
• notes about the project

The site also uses cookies and, on the contact form, Google reCAPTCHA. Those tools may collect technical data such as IP address and browser type.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to you, arrange a survey, prepare a quotation and, if you instruct us, carry out the work.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Only where needed to run the enquiry or the job — for example our email and website host, WhatsApp (if you message us there), and Google for reCAPTCHA. We do not pass your details to other contractors or mailing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not become a job are deleted when they are no longer needed, and in any case within 24 months. If we do the work, we keep records for as long as required for the contract, guarantees and tax.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

To request deletion, email info@metalicoroofing.co.uk with the name and contact details you used. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
